Job Title: Automotive Technician

Job Duties:
tire mounting, balancing, rotation, and Perform vehicle main menance and repait on passenger cars, SUVs, manivans, and light-duty pickup trucks. Responsibilities include inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical issues performing oil and fiher changes, brake repairs, tire me alignment checks, banery and alternator repilacement, belt and hose replacement, cooling system service, supension repair, exhaust system repair, and air conditioning service.
Use tools including OBD-II scanners, multimeters, pneumatic tools, torque wrenches, impact guns, pressure gauges, socket and ratchet sets, pliers, hydraulic jacks, vehicle lifts, and air compressors

Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using computerized diagnostic systems and manual inspection. Troubleshoot engine performance issues, misfires, ignition faulis, sensor failures, wiring issues, fuel system malfunctions, overheating conditions, and warning light alerts Perform test drives, verify repairs, and document findings following manufacturer standards. Provide customer service by explaining repair recommendatiom, safety concerns, esti estimates, and progress updates. Maintain service records, parts logs, and labor documentation. Coordinate with parts supplices

Perform organizational and administrative tasks including maintaining a clean work arca managing inventory, properly storing equipment, completing work erilers, updating digital records, and following OSHA and shop safety procedares. Perform painting and body work including surface preparation, sanding, priming, masking. applying body filler, spraying primer/base clear coats, and completing finishing processes. Use paint sprayers, sanders, buffers, polishers, and related tools to ensure quality finish.

Minimum Requirements:
7 years of experience as an Automotive Technician
Wage:
The offered wage is no less than $20 per hour as determined by the US. Department of Labor
